    Our 5 minute application is the first step to welcoming your furry friend. We’ll call you after completion.

    #2 Reserve

    Your $500 deposit reserves your spot on the selected litter waitlist. We accept cash, check, Zelle, or Venmo. And we can often work out a payment plan if needed.

    It’s shopping time! Crate, food, leash, bed, toys, and training treats ensure your home is ready. We have a whole webpage to help you!

  • #4 Watch Your Puppy Grow

    Receive birth announcements, photos and updates.

  • #5 Chose Your Puppy

    Around six weeks, meet the puppies in person or virtually and select your puppy. Your selection order is determined by your deposit order.

  • #6 Bring Your Puppy Home

    Settle balance, sign contract, and schedule pick-up! Puppies are ready to go home at 8 weeks of age, or opt for delivery (fee applies).

  • Choose whichever payment method works best for you — we're happy to accommodate however is easiest.

    • Zelle – Send to aavet@comcast.net or 770-289-6356. As with Venmo, if any transfer fee is deducted along the way, we'll add the difference to your next payment.

    • Venmo – Send to @Ana-Adams12. Please select "friends & family" rather than "goods & services" — the business option carries a processing fee that reduces what we actually receive. If you do use goods & services, that's completely fine; we'll simply add the difference to your next payment so it evens out.

    • Cash – Drop off at Best in Show Animal Hospital or Westside Village Animal Hospital, whichever is more convenient.

    • Check – Same drop-off locations as cash, or mailed directly to Ana's home (just let us know and we'll send the address).

    • Credit Card – A 3.5% processing fee applies to help cover card processing costs.

  • Our process is designed to keep you informed and connected from application to puppy pickup. Families begin by completing our puppy application, followed by a brief phone call so we can get to know you and make sure a HappyPaw puppy is a good fit for your family. A $500 deposit places you on the waitlist for your chosen litter. Once the puppies are born, we’ll send a birth announcement and regular photos and updates as they grow. At approximately 6 weeks, families come to Atlanta to meet the puppies and select their puppy, with 20 minutes of private time. If you can’t come in person, we’re happy to arrange a FaceTime selection. At 8 weeks, families pick up their puppy at Best in Show Animal Hospital and complete the remaining balance. We’re here to support you throughout the process—and long after your puppy comes home!

  • We offer puppy playdates where prospective families can meet us, interact with our puppies, and get comfortable with the HappyPaw experience before joining the waitlist—often for a future litter. Because our litters often fill their waitlists before the puppies are even born, we typically don’t have available puppies to visit before placing a deposit. If a litter has puppies still available, we’re happy to arrange a FaceTime visit. Once families make their selections at approximately 6 weeks, we’ll know which puppies, if any, remain available for purchase.

  • Our approach to puppy health starts with the parents. Before breeding, we make sure our moms and dads are healthy and appropriately health tested. Our breeding dogs receive comprehensive genetic testing through Embark or Animal Genetics to screen for inherited diseases relevant to their breeds, and we evaluate their hips and eyes as part of our health screening. We also carefully consider each parent’s overall health, history, and genetics when planning a pairing. Our goal is to make thoughtful breeding decisions that give our puppies the best possible start in life. In addition, every HappyPaw puppy comes with a 2-year health guarantee against genetic diseases.

  • Absolutely! While we’re based out of Atlanta, Georgia and Auburn, Alabama, if you can't make the trip, no problem — HappyPaw puppies have new homes from coast to coast. We offer personal flight nanny delivery, where a trusted member of our team flies with your puppy in-cabin and places them directly in your arms at your home airport. We handle everything: airline arrangements, health certificates, travel crate, and door-to-door coordination.

    Nationwide flight nanny delivery typically runs $1,200–$1,700 depending on destination, which covers airfare, airline pet fees, and door-to-door coordination. We'll give you an exact quote for your city — just ask!
