Puppy Application & The Fine Print

We’re so excited your taking the next step in your journey to take home a HappyPaw Doodle. Here’s a few things we want you to know about us and agree to on the form below.

We breed for health and demeanor above all, and we love the beautiful and various aesthetics that doodles offer. While we CANNOT GUARANTEE a gender or color from a specific litter, we work our absolute hardest to match you with your your preferences and perfect pup.

The completion of this form and payment of a non-refundable deposit of Five Hundred Dollars ($500) holds your spot in a litter. This deposit shall be applied towards total purchase price. Our acceptance of the deposit and this signed contract shall determine the order of fulfillment. If the litter does not produce enough puppies to fulfill all contracts, you may roll your deposit to our next litter for up to one year. Upon our receipt of the deposit, we shall no longer market or sell your puppy spot and shall reserve it for you. However, if you have not paid the full purchase price, and/or if you do not take possession of your puppy on Pick Up Day, you will lose all rights to a puppy and forfeit all payments as liquidated damages.

We have a strict Spay/Neuter policy. Our dogs are family pets and not to be used for breeding. We only accept applications from families that agree to honor our spay/neuter agreement to have this procedure completed by the time their puppy is a year old.     #1 Puppy Application

    Our 5 minute application is the first step to welcoming your furry friend. We’ll call you after completion.

    #2 Pay Deposit

    We accept cash, check, and of course venmo. We can often work out a payment plan if needed.

    #3 Prepare

    It’s shopping time! Crate, food, leash, bed, toys, and training treats ensure your home is ready.

    #4 Pick Up Day

    Settle balance, sign contract, and schedule pick-up! Puppies are ready to go home between 6 to 8 weeks of age, or opt for delivery (fee applies).
